Water is very important in our life

It lies at the basis of our understanding of how life works. It also lies at the basis of how we understand our own personal lives. Of the four (or five) basic building blocks of life , water is the only one with a visible cycle, which we call the hydrologic cycle.


The human body is primarily water. Drink a minimum of oz.

Top five reasons why water is important to our everyday life. After air, the importance of water takes the second place as an essential requirement for survival. There is no cell or tissue in the body where you don’t find water. Because a lot of our body is made up of water.


Without water , we will die. Water is a healthy liquid to drink. All animals, plants and humans need water to survive. It also prevents the earth from becoming too hot or too cold.

Importance of water in our life. On the entire earth , water is a most important thing. Every living organism needs water for survival. It is essential for our survival.


Apart from this, water is needed in industrial units, production units, and agricultural sector. Directly or indirectly, water affects all facets of life. We cannot live without water for longer duration. This means that the water must be free of germs and chemicals and be clear (not cloudy).


The water is in use mainly as indispensable element in the diet of every alive being and this one is one of few elements without which one might not support the life. Salt is an essential element of life which our body can’t produce. Hence it has to be provide within the recommended amount, through our diet.


It plays many important functions within our body as listed below: Salt helps our body retain water and helps keep our blood pressure normal in case of hyponatremia (low blood sodium levels). Solutes in water lower water activity—this is important to know because most bacterial growth ceases at low levels of water activity. Not only does microbial growth affect the safety of foo but also the preservation and shelf life of food.


In ancient cultures water represented the very essence of life. The Romans were the first to pipe water into their growing cities, especially with their aqueducts.

We need water to drink, to wash our hands, to cook, to water plants and many other things. What other important uses for water do we have? Our Mother Earth will not exist without water. Living systems require solvents in order to mix various chemicals with one another, and water is the best substance for the job. According to Public Broadcasting Systems, living organisms need water because the biochemical processes of life must take place in a fluid.


For instance, rather than being carbon-base such life may arise from silicone compounds. A recent study even suggests that an alternative life form might be lurking in our solar system. It helps in digestion by dissolving food. It makes our body hydrated. Our body is about water. It’s probably one of the reasons why earth is the only planet that supports life.


If we hope to have a healthy future for our friends, families and environment, finding ways to preserve the safe, clean water we have while efficiently recycling the grey and wastewater we create is vital.
